AuxComm New Member Training Process

One of the most common questions I receive is, “when is the next AuxComm class and how do I enroll”?

Selection for future classes is made from people that have completed the class prerequisites and the application process.

The application process and volunteer requirements are listed on the Colorado DHSEM Auxiliary Communications page: Auxiliary Communications | Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (colorado.gov) Links for documents required for application, the OpSec Awareness class, and the AuxComm fingerprint process.

Classes are posted on CO.Train and must be signed up for prior to any posted closing date for the class. Only those who sign up and have completed the application process will be allowed to attend the class.
